Random Pics for our Holidays!

I haven't had much time to post lately. Here are some pics I took during many Holiday celebrations. We are redoing the floors in our living room and dining room, so I will be busy, busy, busy for the next week or so. I mean if you are tearing out the floors you might as well paint the walls.

Nerf Christmas

Ryan wanted a ton of Nerf guns for Christmas and asked everyone to buy them for him. He got a lot of them and used his gift card money to buy more. We have had a lot of Nerf wars since then. One huge one on the day of Christmas with Big Ryan, Ted and Aaron, (even Gina and I got in on it) which my Ryan really enjoyed. Then Mom bought all the boys Nerf guns for Christmas and we had a even bigger war at Ted and Joy's house the other night. I have pics of that night I will post later. Tonight we had yet another war with unexpected gunmen, Kevin's whole family. It was hilarious! They came over tonight so we could meet Holly's boyfriend, he flew in from Florida today. I don't think he expected the night he got. We ordered pizza and played Clue, then somehow a Nerf war broke out. Everyone got in on it even Kevin's parents. It was great, we all had a blast, we battled for about an hour and half. I can't wait to scrap all our wars!!!

School Plays

Ryan's reading group did 2 plays for Christmas. Christmas Magic in which Ryan was a tree and The Gingerbread Revue. All the kids were gingerbread people. They were both very cute. I went 2 days today see it so I could video one and take pics at one. The kids loved seeing the video of their performance.

Christmas Play

The Christmas play actually turned out pretty well. We were surprised, the kids were out of control at every practice. They ended up doing a really good! I was the only one who really screwed up, I forgot the words to my song! The kids all looked so cute in their angel costumes.

Cub Scouts

Last Wednesday we had over our den and worked on their pine wood derby cars. They came up with really good designs. They drew them then Kev cut them out. The boys had fun. Ryan enjoyed being able to show them all the lizards. They sanded and learned how to make their cars faster. Even Mira got in

on the act. They are excited about the race next month.
