Yesterday we had our neighborhood visit with the police and fire dept. They brought a huge fire truck, police car and SUV plus an ambulance to our neighborhood and parked them. They then let the kids climb all over and inside of them. They had so much fun. There were lots of policemen and firemen to answer questions or show their handcuffs ( that was a big hit). The EMTs showed them the equipment in the ambulance. The kids were just thrilled running from vehicle to the next and back again. It was great. I took about a million pictures. Oh they also got a coloring book, a badge and an airplane from the policemen, it was really great. The highlight for Ryan was when the policeman asked him to turn the lights on for him. He thought that was great!!

Is your neighborhood that bad that the policeman and fireman have to park their vehicles on your street to keep an eye on all of you??? SM Just kidding! ha ha
