Something for Amanda
I came up with a little idea to let Amanda know we are thinking about her. Here's what we do. I would like anyone who wants to do it, to let me know in the comments and I will assign you a word. Then you take a picture of you, your child even a pet holding up a paper with that word. Post it on your blog, I will take it and print them. Then I'll put them in order and send them to Amanda and spell out our message. We will do...Get Well Soon. We love you Amanda. That is 7 words, if we need more we'll do a longer message. Let me know who wants to do it and we'll take our pictures and post them.

I spoke to Amanda a couple of hours ago and she sounded okay but she told me she keeps running a fever. I told her she needed to call her doc cause she could have an infection and she says she's going to wait it out a bit. She says she can't sleep comfortably because of her belly being stapled and she's in pain. I don't think she's getting the rest she needs either cause while I was on the phone with her, she said that all 4 kids were out in the backyard playing while Sean was cutting the grass and then while we were talking, Sean brought all the kids in to get cleaned up because apparently they all decided to play in the mud and were covered from head to toe..........Amanda got off the phone so she could help Sean clean them up!
My goodness, that poor girl goes thru sooo much!!! I wish we could do more for her! Your idea will definitely make her smile........she loves that kind of stuff!

btw - i talked to amanda's husband yesterday. her fever had finally broken, and she had a new medication for the nausea, so hopefully she'll be feeling better soon.

Oh I hope she feels better soon. That poor girl, I wish there was more we could do.
I don't have a blog but what a cute idea, she'll love it! I sent a card the other day. She's always liked this kind of thing.
