Well mom had a dr appt today. she had an infection but they took care of it (you don't want the details) and she is feeling much better. she is actually sitting up and is hungry today. they put her on an antibiotic.
kevin has spent the week making a corn hole set. they turned out great. we got stitch decals to put on them, ryan loves them. they look so good. i will post pics of them later. i made the bags last night. it was surprisingly easy. i have to make some for uncle ted too but they didn't have any red fabric so it will have to wait until they restock or i find it somewhere else.
i had to break down and get some new shorts, mine literally fell down. well the good news is i have lost another 3 pounds since we left for disney and i haven't exercised at all. we have just been to busy. well i was wearing 20's and 22's before....guess what i bought tonight?? 14's and a couple of 16's. i was quite surprised and happy!!! i will post a pic when i take one!
ryan had a blast this week with aunt cathy and her grandkids. they play very well together, not one fight! one day we had the 4 of them, nick and 3 of our neighbors grandkids in the pool. they had so much fun! that went well too, no fighting! i have pics but i haven't downloaded them yet. he was so bummed when they left today...he cried. they saw 2 movies and hung out at mom's apartment today. they all get along so well. i wish they lived closer.
i plan to start back at the gym this week and get our zoo pass. ryan also wants to go to the library. oh i finished my 25th book for the year and i am half way through my 26th, i think i will be able to make it to 50 by the end of the year. we'll see. i plan to do a lot of reading by the pool while ry swims.
i guess that is it...have a great weekend!!! and fourth of july!

yeah we feel the same way abotu cathy's grandkids. we didn't have any fights either. the biggeest reason is that they are so excited to do anything! they rarely complain. they are sweet kids.
